Power Wheels Race Rules:

Race is FREE to participate. Registration is required (on-site the day of the event).

Open Age Groups:

Ages 4-6

Ages 7-10

Safety Rules:

Helmets must be worn.

Legs must be in a compartment. RIDE “IN”, NOT RIDE “ON.”

Child must be belted in. (any type of belt, i.e. leather, nylon
etc. bolted or run through seat to help keep child from
standing up).

General Rules

Any electric Power Wheel is allowed.

You are allowed up to a 12-volt lawn mower battery. Battery
is not allowed in the passenger seat. Battery MUST be
secured and sealed away from the child.

All doors and tailgates MUST be strapped shut. No sharp
edges must be exposed.

Tires may be covered in duct tape to prevent them from
breaking.

Motor must remain stock.

Decorative changes can be made to the Power Wheel to
make it look like a derby car etc....

teach your kids good sportsmanship!

Our Story

Mark your calendars for the 11th Annual Patriot Car Show, happening Saturday, May 9th, 2026, at Liberty Christian School in Richland, WA. It’s a free community event from 9:00am to 2:30pm, and you’ll find a wide variety of cars, vendors, food, entertainment, raffles and activities for all ages.

We’d love for all your vehicles to join us! Liberty Christian School will start accepting registrations for vehicle owners on March 6th, 2026.

Several awards for car participants including Best of Show!

The Patriot Car Show has a rich history. It all started in 2012 when an elementary student had a wild idea about cars and decided to bring it to life. And boy, has it grown ever since! This event has become a fantastic way for Liberty Christian School to connect with the Tri-Cities community.
